As America approaches its 250th anniversary, we are taking time to reflect on the individuals whose service, sacrifice, and commitment help strengthen our communities.
Throughout our nation's history, first responders have stood on the front lines during moments of crisis, tragedy, and uncertainty. Yet behind every badge is a human story—one of courage, resilience, sacrifice, and often unseen challenges.
In this powerful presentation, Raoul Rivas will share his personal journey through a distinguished law enforcement career, including his experiences during the Pulse Nightclub tragedy and the lasting impact that critical incidents can have on those who serve.
